A very manky strawberry/plum/tomato that's been stuck in the back of the fridge for the last six months?

It's actually an overripe & bruised-skin nectarine which I retrieved from the recycling just to take the photo. That 'fur' had grown, from nothing, in about four hours. Amazing, I thought.
