Just saw a link for this on a Facebook page... AA StreetWatch2

We live on a very busy junction with a main road, we see all sorts of horrendous driving. We have the beach one side, a large park the other... So do i want to sit in the sunshine for an hour & record driver errors..?? Hmmmmcan think of worse things to do LOL!

I am tempted... it would be interesting to see if the results were different than I expected though I can't help but think I would concentrate on the worst behaviour so giving a skewed result.

It's the worst behaviour they want recorded!! Basically to see in an hour how many vehicles will be being 'naughty'

Driver nor wearing seatbelt
Too fast
No indicator
Defective brakes
Red LJ
Amber LJ

But to be fair in my mind I might have to repeat the survey for bikes as well even if they didn't want the results.

OK - I've done a partial monitor ... got too hot and had to come home... so of course lots of law abiding motorists but about 8% on their mobile including one who didn't bother moving out of the way when a police car with sirens was coming. Also saw 23 cyclists of which 6 were on the pavement and one jumped a red light. And several cars or lorries stopping in the ASL! This was over a period of 20 mins. I don't think it's a bad junction for red light jumping ... I may try the next junction up which does have a problem with that.
