Aargh!!, My Eyes!!!

This morning, dropping daughter off at School, when my eyes were assualted by what must be the (as the expression goes) 'f-ugliest' car I've ever seen
It was a Mercedes of whatever model, trying to look like a B*W X6
Heck!!, I thought that the X6 was 'f-ugly', but this thing had fallen out of the ugly tree, not taken heed, reclimbed it, & fallen again
The only small redeeming feature it appeared to have was that the rear tailgate (3-pointed star) badge flipped up to reveal a reversing camera
Good job really as the driver looked to be dwarfed by the car, & must have had to park next to a wall to get in

Same place, but Tuesday morning
B*W isn't a marque that I pay much attention to, as this 'premium brand' often outsells Fords Mondeo

However, an i8 was parked there
Now that is how a hybrid should look!!!!

Friends of ours actually bought one of those Fiats. We were...baffled. It was like when some other friends of ours got a dog, and it was one of those dogs that looks like the kind of fish they find 20,000 feet down at the bottom of the ocean....like, why would you do that?

I like those. One of the few MPVs that doesn't look like a breeze block.

Daren't have taken one of the MB, it might have done!

The i8 looked fine though, especially as the scissor doors rose & pivoted

That's Helen of Troy in comparison
Twice in 2 days I've seen a pic of this car now. My mum sent me a photo after spotting one in a car park near here and having a conversation with the owners father who was very unimpressed with the comfort and difficulty he had getting in & out. He got her (5'2" arthritic 73 year old) attention to ask her to help him out of it after sonny boy had opened the door for him and strolled off & then asked her for a lift home in her car as he didn't like speed that his son drove it everywhere at. Cost his lad £110,000 apparently.
