Abandoned Bike Glasgow

Does anyone in Glasgow know of a missing Ladies bike, Found a bike abandoned in the lane near my home in Glasgows southside, if you think you are/know the owner please contact me thanks Mik

white and lilac it may just have been dumped for a fairly obvious reason but the back tyre is a brand new expensive tyre

Couldnt you hand it in to local plod station if you suspect its stolen then dumped? If its not a cheap POS or a rusty wreck then I cannot think why a thief or the original owner would abandon it.
