Abbreviations, some asistance required..........

I have been a member on here for a couple of months or so, and am finding the place generally friendly and mostly informative.

However there is one little problem I have, WTF do all these abbreviations, txt spk, or first letters mean.

You may have guessed that I have worked out some for myself................

What is a BSO

BSO = Bicycle-Shaped Object, normally reserved to refer to £70 Asda MTBs and their ilk. It looks like a bicycle and it sounds like a bicycle, but it's actually not a bicycle.

am glad somebody cleared up BSO as google suggested bloody show off. which would fit a fair few uses of BSO in this forum

Also, what is FTFY?? I keep reading it as 'F*ck That Fu*k You', which probably isn't right.
