Just take it back tomorrow. Simple!

I wandered into Halfords today too, I got immediatly pi$$ed off by the loud Radio 1 music, then I got further vexed by the total lack of interest by the gibbon that was more interested in talking on the phone than serving me.

I may have to go to Halfords to buy a blue helmet ( to match my new bike ) and a bottle cage.

I accidentally purchased the wrong Ribble...£1200 ....the second I'd pressed the button, I thought...
I was looking at a Gran Fondo....I'd wavered, compared, wavered again, compared other specs, compared other carbon bikes, left it, came back to it, etc etc etc for about 2 solid weeks.
In the end, I sat with the New Sportive on my screen and thought...Fkit, I'm sick of wavering and pressed the button.....INSTANTLY realising that wasn't the bike I'd originally set out to buy.
As it is, I love my Sportive, no regrets, bloomin good job

I still regret not buying that Trek road bike from the L B S and ending up with a Ridgeback audax machine instead. The Trek was down from £1500 to £1000,the Ridgeback cost £600. For the sake of 4 hundred quid i lost out on a bargain and much happiness!

Went to Halfords this morning and bought a blue helmet in a sale for £5 and a bottle holder for £5.99.
