I bought mine around 50-60 quid and its HD in store.

I have been looking at loads and it all depends on what you want to do with it and how you want to mount the camera! I've looked on amazon and found one called ION Air Pro Plus Sports Camera, there is several but the one i consider decent from their range within your budget is 129.99 GBP youtube it and watch some videos and reviews.

I found mine at halfords, I was looking at a high-vis water proof bag cover and the action camera for was up for 60quid,( nope I looked at what I paid for and it was 55 quid the website is higher...strange. ) I decided to take a gamble and try it out (not knowing what to expect.) I thought it would be blurry a little but nope it is quite sharp for 720p HD the sound is average (like most none go-pro quality types) I will give you the link to both cameras below.

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/...productId_1003567_langId_-1_categoryId_228868 (Store could be cheaper like mine.)

Quality of the one in halfords here:

You've probably got one now, but I bought a DogCam bullet camera for £90 last year after an aggressive lorry driver tried to punch me (wasn't fun), so sunk money into the camera and it's done me proud since.
It records in 720p, has two rear covers, one fully waterproof and the other not (allows sound).
The sound cover is pants if you're talking to someone, but I tend to just leave the waterproof one on (yes, I am lazy).

I believe DogCam have done a newer version of this camera, allowing it to automatically store over previous data, which is handy, as I don't always remember to remove stuff (unless there's been something concerning).
But the charge on it is pretty good for my commute, 90 minute battery, charges via mini USB and away I go again.

Hope this helps.
