Adding Cyclelog to my posts.

Hello. Could someone tell me how to add my cyclelog to my posts please. I notice a lot of you have your goals and the distance so-far on your posts.

Ermmm. Ok thank you for that. I copied and pasted to another source but got the error you said I probably would....I'll have another go.....as you can see I'm not at all brilliant with computers....bit like my cycling really.

You have to register with MyCyclingLog first before you can run the sig.
The MCL admin Auntie Helen is away on holiday at the moment, she will add you as soon as she is back.

I've registered with them and have my first ride listed....hopefully she'll sort me out....I think I need it lol.
