Problem with Park Tools is they are extremely pricey - worth it if you can afford it and will get enough use......but if not go for alternatives. You need to be sure that you buy a set that goes low enough to be useful for cycle use - some wrenches only have a range that starts at 6nm whereas many cycle parts torque to 4nm.
My wrench is a BBB make and was reasonably priced. Also look to see what bits are included as some wrenches are cheap - but you have to buy the bits extra, so may work out more overall
