Ads on Google play

bought a Samsung Galaxy s2 and already sick of ads for games popping up midway through my lad playing an app he has from google play store. It's always ads to buy other games, and many are violent and inappropriate. Anyone know how to stop them. Tried as blockers but they all say not compatible with device

I assume he's playing free games, if you pay for the app then the ads disappear. Adverts may be tiresome but the developers have to make their money somehow.

Yes some are free but with in app purchase, not very into this stuff but I see your point. Thank you for the help

Normally if you make a purchase the ads will disappear for good, part of the trade.

Some games are worse than others, there have been a couple I have deleted because they were unplayable due to the constant interuptions.

Turn off your data and Wi-Fi. That way the ads can't load.

Most of them will. Although if he plays multiplayer games with people from around the world then the phone will need to be connected to the internet. But for normal games turning off WiFi will kill the annoying ads.

Ah very good. None of that multiplayer crap, it's just a little tablet and I got it because we had a lot of trouble with a kindle freezing. This he can do much more on
