Adventure/Tricross bikes

Hi
I am buying a new bike and wondered if anyone could help advise me please. I am a woman, 166cm, who commutes to work (15 mile round trip on reasonably flat yet busy London streets) most days during the summer and hardly ever during the winter. I also enjoy leisurely weekend rides, some on trails. I'm never going to be entering a race!
I am looking at the following as they seem to have the benefits of a road bike, suitable for gravel and space for panniers & mudguards:

Specialized Tricross/Venture/Dolce Evo
Whyte Sussex
Liv Invite
Condor Fratello
Genesis Croix de fer
Pinnacle Arkose

I am probably looking at a well maintained second hand bike or previous season models (anyone selling?!). I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on these bikes, or others...

The single chain ring really appeals to me - even though with my climbing skills, I should be on a triple

If it was strictly road, I'd have said the Fratello straight away. But if you're looking at taking a bike off tarmac then look at the Croix de Fer, but I can't see a bad bike in your list TBH.

I've a Tricross and in my opinion it meets your requirements.

Just to be clear, the Arkose 2 is not single speed, just single chain ring. It's got 11 cogs on the back.
