Advice for 220 mile weekend

I have an event coming up last weekend of the month involving 110 miles Saturday and Sunday. I have been training well for it but my question is should I go to my normal Wednesday evening spin class on the week of the ride?
Would it be better to rest up?

I agree with Marmion if his/her response was to the 2nd question. Presumably you've trained for this event, so why make your legs tired from the Wednesday evening class? It'll probably just slow you down a bit on the big weekend.

I find that even after the weekend off the bike my legs are dead and heavy on Monday so I would suggest ditching spin and going for a gentle ride to keep the legs going

I'm sure someone will pop up and tell you to spin all week though soon. Lol
