Being a non bar steward landlord

Currently have a 2 bed flat in an all electric development. 30 years old, it has the original immersion hot water system that is not acceptable due to wait for hot water, cost and miserable water pressure.
Old storage heaters have been removed and there are panel heaters (eat electricity, must go) in all rooms apart from lounge/diner where the previous owner installed a Zehnder gel radiator, which I am told is quite economical?
I am thinking a 150 litre hot water cyclinder, plus something like Haverland heaters (with 7 timing options).
There is one bathroom with a bath and usually let to 2 tenants, although they may have guests at weekends.
Hot water is the main issue as the property is very warm and last tenant had a fan on rather than heating

Any advice welcome.
