Advice on a specialized hardrock purchase

okay get straight to it someone is selling a 2011 specialized hardrock disc sport model, it needs alot of repairs

Front deralieur
Chain
Cassette
Rear shifter
2 cables
New brake pads

He is selling it for £90

Halfords quoted me £130 for the lot
Plus fitting as its currently 3 for 2 they also tru the wheels

Should i buy it £220 overall? Or give it a miss

I had a Hardrock Pro 2011 and it was a great bike You could probably get one that's all up and together for similar money but you'll still have a good bike for just over £200 so if the rest is in good condition it would be worth it I reckon.
