Advice on Cables - Inner and Outer

As the title suggests. I need to replace my Dura Ace cableset for brakes and gears and am looking for a good inner and outer cableset recommendations.

Leisure Lakes do outer by the metre and then sell the inners separate it's cheaper to do it this way than buy the kits BTW the stuff leisure lakes sells is shimano and i's very good quality just as good as the dura ace kits if not better
