Hi all,

I am looking to buy hybrid bike, budget of around £300-ish. I've come across 2 bikes but I know very little about the specs and what to look out for. The bikes are:
  1. RIVERSIDE 500 HYBRID BIKE: https://www.decathlon.co.uk/500-hybrid-bike-grey-id_8405210.html
  2. Carrera Crossfire 2 Womens Hybrid Bike: https://www.halfords.com/bikes/hybr...ybrid-bike---black---s-m-l-frames-651829.html
Which one is better and why?

Thanks in advance!
I had a riverside, toured Holland on it and regularly on peak trails over here. -comfortable, no need for more gears

Indeed. They do seem to have stocks dribbling in and out.
No suspension though unlike the two the OP linked. She may think it’s essential or not
As we know, it usually isn't, and that money saved has been well spent of the G.O./Milbike bike, I think. Presumably a call to both brands might be possible - and worthwhile, potentially.
