I'm after advice again.
I've posted a couple of times on here regarding an annoying creak in my new specialised tricross, and have had some great advice.
To cut a long, boring story short I have takes it back three times. First time they tightened everything up, second time they replaced the crank and finally they replaced the whole bb. Each time the problem has seemed resolved until about ten miles later when the creak returns.
My question is what is reasonable to expect the shop to do? As there is clearly a problem. They a have been good so far but I sense their patience is wearing thin.
Thanks in advance and sorry for being a bore

I perhaps should have noticed that the creak didn't happen when I was stood on the pedals. In answer to your question I would consider it reasonable for the shop to sort the problem. You pay a premium when you buy from a LBS for amongst other things after sales service.
