advice please

Hi There, my name is Gerardo Sanchez, not sure if anyone would be able to advise me. I purchased my first ever road bike a couple of months ago it’s a Trek AL3 Domane. Due to my lack of experience I purchased a Turbo Training stand for the winter, but I didn’t realise that you cannot use this if the bicycle has a rear thru axle. Apparently, I can’t just use a standard quick realise skewer.

Anyone have any idea what adaptor if possible, I can get, can I even get an adaptor for my bike? How do I know which is the right fit for my bike?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Probably best to state which trainer you have as this will determine whether or not there is an adaptor.

A quick Google came up with various adaptors for a thru axle onto a Turbo.
Something like this, but you would obviously need the correct size.
