Well just back from a pootle around the block after inflating the tyres and fitting the missing rear brake pad .

Apart from some drilled lugs on the bottom bracket area they are quite plane for one of Pongo' s

I wonder if the steerer tube is rifled ? Love the Dura Ace kit even has proper brakes with one bolt through the middle lol

You can correct bad listing by shifting the load around a little...but seriously, that's a cracker and obviously a bargain too. Well found.

When i get round to lowering the bars i will pop the stem out and have a look inside , i dont think it's had an awful lot of use

Seat post looks the part with the flutes so looked on ebay for a nice one

Buying single bits and pieces to kit out a bike frame can end up with spending silly money. I once bought a whole bike for the first gen shimano chainset attached to it !!
