Aerobars

Could someone give me the heads up on if aerobars on flat handlebars is good?

I use a lot of straight quiet country roads most of the time and i was just wondering would these be better for speed and comfort?

I would look at bull horn bars. You can still keep brakes and shifters onthe flat section, but have the earo position aswell. They look mega cool in a fixie kind of way
