hey good to hear from you John glad to see the giant is still going good....glad it went to a good home. Happy with the Genesis and Kinesis been out this morning on the Genesis for a couple of hours hills....no muscle probs with the shoulder but my feet were numb!

The only sensible solution is a recumbent trike. Taking notice of any other suggestions will simply delay you resolving the problem.

Voltorol 12 hour gel helps my ageing 75 year old legs

just ordered some voltorol today and hope it helps...30 miles today wet and windy..shoulder not too bad but stopped for some stretching....I am sure the voltarol will help...thanks for the suggestion
