I'm a hardcore atheist. I believe the mind and soul are just electro impulses in the brain organ. When the brain dies it's like a candel flame been blown out for eternity. Although I believe infinity within the universe there's a chance that somewhere else we could live our lives all over again in a parallel universe.
Who thinks there's some kind of afterlife?

I hope not! Much as I've enjoyed this life for the most part; it was good and all that, but I have no real wish to do it all again!
My belief is that once we're gone - we're gone. That was it folks; not a dress rehearsal. There is no more; amen.

Yes but we won't know until we die.
I know now, fair enough that people are afraid of the termination of their existance, but lying to yourself doesn't help you enjoy the time you are alive.

well we are seen as such by a swathe of road users so why not .....

i would be happy as a squirrel , burying my nuts all day long
I'd be a sugar glider which is almost the same creature but with added fun of gliding from tree to tree.
I believe in reincarnation too, but the chances are you will come back as a bit of plankton, the chances of coming back as a mamal or bird let alone another human is probably millions of billions of trillions to one
How can you come back after you've either been burnt to a cinder or decomposed in the ground?
