I know fragrance is very subjective but I'm looking for some bargains that are worth a blind buy. I currently wear Armaf Club de Nuit which is around 30 quid for 100 mls on Amazon. I don't actually like it that much myself but my wife does and I get a lot of compliments. A couple of quick sprays on the neck is all it takes. Sillage, projection and longevity are huge, basically all day. I apply it very sparingly because of this and use as my every day go to for work etc. I'm looking to try something else and on forums I see that Halston Z14 gets a lot of love. It's about 20 quid for 8 oz which is peanuts compared to well known brands, has anyone tried it or got their own recommendations?

Clearly I am so far off the curve

I've reduced my showers to 2 a week, unless I have a long cycle ride or a promise. Focus on the cycling.

I'm a bit WYSIWYG. Work it out.

Change my underwear with the phase of the moon.

Haven't worn after shave for 30 years. I've been married even longer.

The man is looking for suggestions for aftershave, not for modern-day followers of the Samuel Pepes hygiene regime.

My favourite ( well only ) fragrance was Eau Sauvage. I haven't worn it for decades, but coincidentally caught a whiff of it while out socialising a couple of weeks ago.
Nowadays I wear a light floral fragrance from Lush, it's very subtle and more of a body spray.

I buy mine from Noted Aromas. Copies of famous brands but about £30/100ml. Very good as well, they are parfum and not EDT so last all day. I like The Athens flavour, which is a copy of Invictus (which is about £80).

I'm also a fan of Joop! And Old Spice. And Blue Stratos of I can find it. Last time I found some on eBay for 6 quid!

Clearly you have no sense of smell if you think these are the same. Next you‘ll be telling us no one can tell your fake Rolex from the real thing.😉

I just use a Nivea product on a day to day basis but if I'm going out, I usually wear Tabac. I've an assortment of others like Blue Stratos I sometimes use as a change.

Both James Bond creator Ian Fleming's, King Charles's, and my favourite fragrance. The below is the best offer out there. Believe me as I've checked many times and it is, and not only that, the sellers are genuine, meaning no fakes, which are much in abundance these days! It's very floral, quite heavy on the nostrils and not 'macho' at all. If you fancy smelling like a total dandy in a florist's shop on a warm summer's day :rose:, with a very slight hint of paraffin, then you will like Floris 89. 🧐
