Thanks for the replies and it's interesting to hear other people's preferences and budgets. But to bring it back on track a bit, I'm wanting to hear about great smelling aftershave that's affordable and not too generic. It's for everyday use not special occasions so I'm not going to spunk £200 on a bottle. Some of the dupes I've tried have actually been very good.

Used Boss in Motion for years. Used to come in a little round silver container but now in a bottle. Fairly subtle and not particularly strong but not keen on the ones that leave you smelling like a tart's handbag.

i think i had the single, mid-60s i won a stingray airfix-like kit in a competition, the memory of the glue tube bursting and glue squirting in my eyes is still vivid, i think i'd still recognise the smell, might be a long lasting scent option for shortfall :smile:

I also don't think that Eau de Glue would be very popular, except for maybe the sniffers.
