Age is no barrier.

l met this man a few years ago and he introduced me to his fitness regime. His example has been an inspiration to me, he was 71 years old at the time and l would say that he was the fittest and strongest person of any age that l have known.
So l thought l would share this vid. with y'all especially if you have doubts or worries about getting fit and improving core strength at whatever age you are.
