My sweetie gave me a used (but in great shape) Cannondale R400 with Shimano Sora shifters & Tiagra derailleur for my birthday in late June. I haven't ridden in a while, and at 63 years old I'm really enjoying the exercise, riding about 3 times/week now, totaling about 60 miles/week. I hope to learn more about my bike and the sport. I live in Tampa, FL, USA (a COVID Hot Spot . . . )
