Up to now I have never tried them but there were some on offer at my local Spar.
I won't name the manufacturer/supplier yet but its a large group.
I put one in to do some fish fingers. My Ninja tells me to preheat at 200° which I did.
Below is what happened after just 2 minutes.
Quite fortunate that I caught it in time.

I sometimes stick some baking paper in but not purpose made liners.

Surprised they would sell something that looks like it melts/burns. 🤔

You should never have just the liners in it. They lift as the air circulates, and can then come in contact with the element.

And if you are going to re-use the liners, let it cool before putting the basket with the liner back in.

We used them for quite a while, re-using them several times, but we now have a silicon, washable one, that can be used ad infinitum.

Indeed.
I am in contact with the supplier so don't want to mention the name yet.
I will mention what progress there is.

You can see from the photo that it is B&Co - available in quite a few shops.

And looking at the first review here, it seems the instructions don't tell you not to put them in alone, as somebody else did exactly the same thing.

They are one off disposable liners.
They are perforated.
The elements on my Ninja are underneath the tray so the liner cannot contact with it.

No idea why you mention reusing them, this was straight out of the pack.

We use them when cooking fish mainly and not had any issues.

We never bother with preheating though, and as said above would expect the liner to get blown up to the element if its not weighted down.

I only mentioned re-using them in case you might be going to - we always did when we used paper liners (even though they are supposedly single use disposable ones). And it is easy to forget and just push the basket back in while still hot.

I'm surprised the element is below the basket, they are usually above it. Liners only usually burn like that if they have come into direct contact with the element - they are designed to take the full heat of the air.

Are you sure ALL the elements are below the tray? If it has a variety of functions, such as griddle as well as air fry, then it is likely to have both, with the lower ones being used for that type of function, and the upper ones (or both sets) for regular air frying.

All the ones I have found details of have elements above the basket, only multi function ones also have elements below.

You are correct, Google tells me the elements are above each basket.

I bought a silicone liner for our Ninja Speedi, but don't like it as it doesn't let the air circulate under the food properly.

That's a good point actually. We just have a small, cheap one. It has a grill that stands on the bottom to keep a gap underneath the food but a liner obviously prevents this. It would be better to have a square liner to go on the very bottom so it would catch all the grease and allow air circulation. But then you're back to square one with food directly on the grill. I don't know the answer. Apart from we throw out basket and grill in the dishwasher or scrub it in the sink. The non-stick is still intact so I guess we're lucky
