Just have to praise the Air quality over the last two days ! ! !

Hell yeah, it's been cold and freaking windy to the point of nearly being blown over by strong gusts, but the freshness of the air has been so invigorating I'm in awe.

Mother Nature I take my hat off to you, you can be a right cow sometimes but at the moment your doing something right.

Agreed. I've had a nasty cold for the last week or two but when I go outside and breathe in it completely clears my head.

It's going to be very fresh today. Tonight I am crossing the channel and the wind is forecast to be 45 mph. On the plus side, however, I am going through the tunnel.

The farmer had sprayed some organic fertiliser on his fields on Monday. The stuff that had Left Cow.
