Air Zound problem

Just taken delivery by mail order but -
I can't get any air into the bottle above 10psi. The red constrictor valve is open, tube not pinched.
I've even tried using a car tyre compressor. Help !

Maybe yours has a faulty valve. I managed to pump mine up easily using my cheap'n'cheerful Tesco track pump that I bought in their Easter sale in 2006.

Had similar problem, but occurred after a few weeks successful use. Turned out that the tubing was being nipped by the quick release cam.
I turned the cam position until the tube was clear and problem solved. Hope this helps.
