I bought two last year, awesome for the money. Cubester took one with him and his mates lamping and I never saw it again, and the other has disappeared somewhere around the house.

By the way, Tesco have their 2AA battery Cree torches back in. Not zoomable, but a very competent torch nevertheless.

They are ruddy good - far and away the best bike light I have.
I got a mount from Ebay - sort of shaped rubber block with two Velcro straps.

I've seen the fleabay mounts, but do they hold the torch stable? I'd kind of assumed that it would wobble about.

I've been using another torch with the mount in the link I supplied above and it holds it completely solid. No issues at all over a year after purchase, just don't torque the screws down excessively tight.

Deal extreme have quite a few universl torch mounts. Here is a lock block stylee one.
That's the type of mount I use. OK unless it rains (in which case they slide about somewhat).

Or you could buy the same torch from a uk seller onEbay with a mount for £4.60 less

Bargainacious!!!

These lights are nice and bright, but they don't half chomp through batteries. Be nice to get a decent rechargeable set in there.

Watch out, though, for torches that are "the same". When I looked these up last year, I found some Chinese export sites where the same case could be used but with different electronics inside - LEDs and flashing modes. I've seen both Q3 and Q5 crees advertised in these cases.
