Aldi GPS watch

A garmin is what I want but even second hand they are still pretty pricey

Anyone got or used the gps watch from aldis, to be fair it looks pretty good, apart from caedance it does pretty much what a garmin does

For £64.99 is it worth a try?

just looking at this also, I don't think that it will work with mapmyride/run because the gpx file is using waypoints ? anyone know if I am correct ?

Not sure about mapmyride but according to the vid you can upload to strava

They were reduced to £32.50 just in my aldi. I got 2 a my son (10) wants one for his birthday and I figured I would get one and sell my garmin 310xt

Are they any good?
Will i be able to upload the files to strava?

Bryton Rider 20 should be less than that, and you put any ant+ cadence sensor on your bike. I used one for a year and they are ok.

The only thing I would say to look for is battery time. I bought my John the Garmin forerunner to log both his cycles and jogs. Unfortunately the watch's battery would not last the length of our cycles. I now use the Edge 200 but wished I had went up to the next model so I could transfer ant+ data.
