This really is one of my favourite beers, and since my parents didn't have the foresight to call me Thornbridge Jaipur.....

Wow!

Let me know what it tastes like....

(The thought of rhubarb beer intrigues me. The thought of strawberry beer, or strawberry anything, horrifies me.)
Apart from the low hop rate, that is a huge quantity of strawberries. ISTR that Batemans produced a strawberry flavoured beer (strawberry fields?) a few years ago, which was quite tasty but very unpopular with landlords who had to disinfect or even replace their lines!

Edit: Just noticed that the pub featured on that link as up for sale is one of the Bateman's pubs in the village I was born in. I Really hope it's still a going concern. My dad's local was the White Hart, as it was a shorter staggering distance along the beckside.

I have had Bannana flavoured beer before. It sounds like it should taste terrible, but actually, it seemed to work quite well!

From what I have learned so far, with King George the Fifth, the crown was more angular, so, I assume that the glass in the picture must be from the reign of George the 6th.
Possibly...

Oh, and the 'C' means it was made in Castelford apparently

Blimey! You really have thrown yourself into the research, haven't you? Castleford would make sense; the 301 signifies West Yorkshire.
Most of the glasses I find seem to carry one of a very limited set of numbers: 323 or 324 (Gateshead), 478 (St Helens) or 64 (Newcastle on Tyne), all well known centres of glass production. Mrs Poacher will be furious if you rekindle my collecting instinct!
