Okay, he had issues away from the table, but unless you are absolutely 100% perfect in every way, you have little right to criticise the lifestyle of a dead man.

Unless you are a 100% perfect driver you have no right to criticise other drivers mistakes.
Unless you are 100% perfect as a parent, you have no right to complain about other peoples kids.
Unless you were 100% perfectly behaved as a child, you have no right to discipline your children for misbehaving.
Sorry, but I don't buy the argument that criticism is unjustified if the critic is not 100% perfect.
