Just boiling up a batch of pease pudding and the smell is divine. Which got me thinking, all the best foods have pudding in their name:

Black
Steak & Kidney
Bread & Butter

When i lived in Fife you could get white pudding in the chip shop, never summoned up the courage to ask what was in it.
