Strangely enough I was just going to start a Christmas Avatar thread.

But I want to change mine from last year's version, but cannae remember how it works....I think it's something to do with importing pics to an application like Paint and fannying about with it....

Anyone able to help? Or Fletch will be a snowman with a stripy scarf again.

Noodley, if you want to paint your own hat on, right click and 'save image as' to your computer, then find it and right click and 'open with' Paint. That gives a rather small image, but if you zoom in it gives you pixels to guide you.
