Almost time to put the lights back on the bike

It is a sad day when I am thinking I will need to put the lights back on the bike. It doesn't seem long ago that I took them off but alas at 5am it is now starting to get darker and darker and I will need to get them back on

Same here but mines the commute in on nights, I get to work around 9:15pm and have only been using a small front flasher as well as my rears, I guess it will be time to charge it and check it still works.

@jazzkat I will still enjoy the wonderful British summer we are having and I have been getting out for some great sunset rides around Bath. It is the horrible realisation that the days are shortening

I thought it was a bit darker this morning as well at 5am but then I realised it is the first day in a while were it was very cloudy, most days in the last few weeks have been brilliant sunshine.

Aye but how many eye zapping leds ? Still researching a compact commuter light. Cycling through Hulme in the dark is gonna need fire power.

I probably wont need lights until the clocks change in October. I dont leave until 7.30am.

I use lights all year, thanks to my early commuting starts, about 4:40am daily. Even in the middle of Summer, it doesn't get light enough to turn them off before I reach work.
