Carradice are excellent. You've got a choice of the black/white or green/honey, they also do rubbery type of saddle bag in grey and black.

Take a look on their website, they also do small bagman racks that bolt or hook to your saddle rails to keep the bag lifted up.

Thanks for all your advice, @djb1971 , I've got myself a Medium Fuel Pod in the post for tools and snacks, plus a cheap Airlock for extra clothes when I do the occasional challenge ride.
Now I'm going to sort myself out a Carradice saddlebag as soon as I can work out which is best for my needs. Cheers!
