Now I would have a go but with 4 long swims, 3 or 4 sessions on the bike and 2 90 minute weights sessions a week, I am not sure this old body could take any more.

Also I am not sure the kit would suit me.

You could try pole dancing for fitness.
I'm not so sure. I've been watching pole dancing for years, and aside from a massively over developed right arm I don't seem any fitter.
