Last year, I bought a pair of Altura Night Vision Gloves but didn't use them much as I was working away from home. Last week I wore them in pouring rain and my hands got very cold and very wet, they weren't waterproof at all. They are the ones with reflective finger tips and a reflective band across the back of the hand.

In a big huff, I wrote to Zyro and complained bitterly about their "useless" product.

An instant response explained these gloves were a faulty batch and a recall had been issued. They have asked me to return them to the retailer.

That is excellent service, a quick response and no quibbling.

So, check your Night Vision gloves and see if they are waterproof.

mine are a few years old now. But definitely waterproof and very, very warm. Anything above Zero degs and they are too warm to wear.
Great to hear about the good customer service.

+1 for Zyro

I lost a small bolt out of a Cateye light bracket. I sent an e-mail to Zyro to see if I could get a bolt rather than having to buy a whole mount. They responded by senting me a brand new mount. I was very pleased as it would have been easy for them to say no and direct me to my LBS.
