Am I being too suspicious?

This advert on Ebay set off my 'is this a nicked bike' radar, does it need re-calibrating or am I right to be suspicious?

Go see it and the seller. I got one very cheap, because the seller was an Asian student (small girl, like me, small bike) relocating to another city.

I used to buy a lot of old computers from that site. Came in batches of ten and there was usually one or two reasonable ones in there. Good for cheap base systems for friends/family. Always worth a look, I've seen some bargain bikes on there but not bought any. Cheers
