I haven't even started yet, last weekend was warm, perfect............ so I just laid about boozing in the sun, this weekend it's cold and I can't be bothered. I've never left it this late and I am embarrassed (as well as bone idle), I've decided to start next Monday because I'll be in Naples and it'll be warm.

You're not the last one, I've still not taken my bike out of the Turbo Trainer. The last time I went out onto the roads I hit a pothole and ended up with a prolapsed disc.

Today was the first decent ride I've done in a long while, moving and becoming a dad otherwise put pay to most of my opportunities over the past year but now we're settled down I'm glad to be back in the saddle

I did 10 miles New Year's Day and haven't rode since, been doing plenty of walking though and rugby training
