Obviously - silly me!
Lol, well most the people I get the bikes off know that I am going to clean them up fix and sell on (money is used to repair and buy parts for the rest lol) and I always offer them a few quid and if they refuse the money i drop a bottle of wine off to say thankyou, some my kids like to use them.
What I would really like to do is be able to self fund without getting myself out of pocket and get some of these bikes to kids/adults who can't afford to buy. There is a place up north that does something simular and one run by mencap in Luton (think its still there?) and looking at talking to my boss in the special needs dept that I work in to see if we can do anything here? Maintenance/repair and let the students keep the bikes afterwards!
Too many ideas!!! and I would like to get into restoring properly.
