Amsterdam is better!!!

Not forgetting the motorised scooters that speed up and down and across the cycle paths.
I'm sure if you're a native Dutchy you'll laugh at what I've just wrote but as a visitor I was quite shocked..

Agreed on the motorised scooters(broomfiets) and the superior bike handling skills of the locals can be a little unnerving .
However as a visitor myself I have to say I have had fewer nervous moments in A'dam than in many other European cities.

Why not?

Well the difference. Being that in Dam they have dedicated bike lanes segregated from traffic and in London this is not the case , apart from some blue paint that is supposed to to keep bikes safe ! ......I will not be riding a bike in London !!!
