I may potentially be moving jobs, and I used Google Maps to find out how far it is to cycle. It gave me two different routes, then suggested 'Or Take Public Transport'
Obviously Google Maps believes that 10.4 miles is too far to cycle
(I should add my current commute is 9.2 miles each way).

cycling takes what 50 mins public transport probably double that!

My route: 10.8 miles each way. Time? 40mins average.

My route on the bus: 11.4 miles, each way. Time? 60mins+
