So I’m actually on their route right now, at the wonderful Cheese Shed in Nettlebed. Had lunch, will take the dog for a walk and then see how they’re doing after that. They seem to be at the bike shop in Fleet right now, which is a couple of hours or so ride away.

I feel that their self imposed 9:30am finish on Wednesday will be a stretch for them atm, especially with the lack of sleep on the ferry, it might be time to ease up.

It is 189km to finish. That is plenty of time from now, just before 1pm in UK. That is 20.5 hours. Call it 12.5 hours riding and 8 hours sleep. More than comfortable given their averages and what kind of days they are used to.
