Click on your user name in top right of screen and select "manage ignored user list" Type in the user you want to ignore and hey presto you don't see any of their posts in any thread

look at thread name, thread starter and decided whether to proceed, once in you can again take stock and decide to bail or continue, with the option to bail at any time. You can also skim read/ignore individual posts, in fact this sort of thing is possible anywhere on the net, or in real life.

you read my every word in the hope of gaining ammunition for a stitch up

wrist is much better, knock on impact to the elbow still playing me up, but now back up to 10 miles 3-4 times a week. Could comfortably do more but am busy workwise and also laying a patio....I know, crap idea when trying to recover from injury, but it's become a bit of a family project, with varying levels of enthusiasm.
