Anyone else see this, with the poor lass on the bike, in London?

What did seem odd, was that even though they showed the Thoracotomy , they appeared to pixellate her nipples
Most odd

Plus the young lad, who was the victim of a 'knock-down' in (what appears to be) Featherstone

I know the A&E Consultant who was in that case-history (Jon Thornley), as he was one of our Consultants, before he moved to Leeds

Also, the Air Ambulance Doctor (Andy Pountney; shaven head, glasses) is now one of our Consultants

Why is it odd they pixilated her nipples? I'm sure if your upper thigh was being sewn up on TV you wouldn't want your willy exposed

It was one of the topics of conversation in the staff-room this morning, with JT & AP, both mentioned

It just seems odd that, basically, open heart massage is being carried out on prime-time TV, but the producers presume that the mere idea of a nipple being shown may offend some viewers

If I was in that position, I'm sure that my bits being exposed would be the last thing on my mind (if I had any conscious thought)

Barnet,
The poor woman involved had enough of her bits being exposed on the pavement outside Aldgate Station. All power to the paramedic who did open heart surgery on the pavement.

It's not that simple - whe was never in a position to consent so in this regard it's respect to both her and maybe her family wishes.
