my last 2 rides were rubbish . 1st one set off in sunshine then 10 min later poured with rain until i was soaked then stopped . did 11 miles and got 2 more punctures than i had patches so had to walk home 7 miles as my wife was workings nights so was sleeping . 2nd ride today the wife and her friend decided to come with me . we did 6 miles and they started to complain their bottoms where getting sore as they do not ride much . i said lets go back but they wanted to go on . had to put up with lots of bike changing and moaning for another 19 miles . wonder why i like my own company when riding . the only good thing about the ride is wife's friend looks very good in Lycra on a bike
