Analize my phone bill

I have no real idea what minute sand data etc mean...I signed up to a deal that promised no more than £12 a month and im getting bills for more than i used to on pay as you go. To me it looks like i dont need as much minutes or data and im paying for something im not realisticlly using. I text a bit, only use wifi for web mostly and thought the gps didnt use up minutes anyway. Think id be better off back on a top up card pay as i go thing?? I think so..

Who is that with? It should have individual bills with more information, that summary doesnt really say a lot, perhaps if you click the month on the page or something

Is the call allowance only for calls to numbers on the same network, so they're charging you for all your calls?

It'd help to see an itemised bill - that way you can see what you're being charged for, as calls / internet / texts within your plan are all listed as 'inclusive' and £0.00 so it's easy to spot what's not free.

They said that sending pictures by text is not in the text allowance...fair enough but I wasn't aware so sent a shed load of my drawings by text...oops. also any 0800 or 0845 calls are not included it seems.
And my GPS in this phone is using data they said. But I am not using anywhere near what o have available.
So no more texting pictures and I'm told it will be cheaper. If not ill go back to o2 pay as you go.
