Hey guys, i'm Andrew i'm 26 from Beverley in East Yorkshire. I'm currently riding a Giant Defy 4, quite happy with this bike, had one big fall so far.

Ive got into cycling to improve my overall fitness and realised how addictive it is, i just want to be out on my bike all the time!!
